For anyone expecting an item that is moving through Burq.
Burq is a delivery platform. When a store or a marketplace hands Burq an order, Burq chooses the best delivery provider for it from its network, sends the order to that provider, and tracks and supports the delivery until it arrives.
Your item is delivered by a delivery provider in Burq’s network. Burq facilitates the delivery, but the provider actually picks up and delivers the item.
You can track your delivery using the tracking link sent to you after booking the delivery.
Tracking updates in near real time as the delivery moves.

You can contact Burq support using the link provided in your delivery tracking page or delivery messages. Support can help with delivery issues, questions, or reporting problems.
That depends on the delivery instructions. Some deliveries require someone to be present, while others can be left at a safe location if allowed.

Depending on the delivery, the delivery tracking may display proof of delivery such as a photo and/or signature.
If a delivery is delayed or encounters an issue, Burq will notify you and work to resolve it. In some cases, the delivery may be rescheduled or canceled.

For the teams that dispatch orders. Each answer links to the page that covers it in full.
Burq decides how every order gets delivered, then makes sure it does. For each order it weighs every way that order could move, on price, time, and the promise made to the customer, dispatches the best one, and re-decides if something changes while the order is in flight.
Every decision is written down with its reasons, so your team can always see why an order moved the way it did.
How it works→Delivery providers. Burq owns no drivers and no vehicles. Your orders move on the providers in Burq’s network, or on your own fleet if you run one, and Burq chooses between them order by order.
Because Burq has no fleet and no rate card of its own, the choice is graded on your outcome and nothing else.
Provider network→Yes. Your fleet is priced as one more provider. On every order Burq compares your own drivers against the network and dispatches whichever keeps the promise at the lower cost.
If you already hold contracts with providers, Burq dispatches on those rates alongside the network.
Provider network→Burq shows its work. Every decision is written to your Decision Ledger with its reasons: the provider it chose, the price, the arrival time, and the alternatives it passed over.
Your team can review or override any decision, and authority is granted one segment at a time, so Burq acts on its own only where you have decided it should.
Earned autonomy→Through the API, no-code connectors, or the dashboard, depending on what you have. Burq needs the order: what it is, where it is picked up, where it must reach, and the promise attached. It returns the decision, tracking, and status updates to your system.
Integrations→Days, not months. Connect your order source and confirm your providers and policies; Burq’s team works through provider setup and testing with you.
Book a demo→Burq is audited against SOC 2 Type II and certified to ISO 27001. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access inside your workspace is role-based, and production access at Burq is limited to authorized staff and logged.
Your customers’ contact details are used to run and track their orders and are masked where possible.
