One system under every order. Scroll to step through its layers.

Every provider carries a record

Every quote is graded against what the provider actually did, in this zone, at this hour, and the grades roll up into a Reliability Score for the region your order runs in.

Why it matters

At noon on a dry Tuesday, Provider C might be the right call. At 5 pm in the rain, its quote stops being believed at face value. The graph keeps those apart, so the pick fits the moment, not the average.

One order, every option

This is why the network exists. Every way to fulfill an order is quoted side by side, across modes, and the record corrects each quote before it competes.

Your rates compete against network rates on every order. Whichever wins, wins, and the reason is on the record either way.

Your fleet, in the same network

Your in-house fleet works alongside the third-party network, and you choose when it comes first. Every order prices your drivers at true cost: who is free, who is on route, whose shift the order would overrun. Build vs buy, answered on every dispatch instead of once a year in a spreadsheet.

One declines. The next is already quoted.

Providers decline. Drivers run late. Because every option was priced before the pick, the fallback exists before it is needed. The failure is graded to the provider's record, the re-route is priced against the promise, and your customer hears the new time before they ask.

On the record

Your customer saw one clean order. Your ledger holds the decline, the re-route, and the promise that held anyway.

One contract. One invoice. Reconciled.

The network is heavy so your operations are not. You sign once with Burq, get one invoice across every provider.

Reconciliation on the record

Every provider charge is matched to its quote and its outcome. When a bill and a promise disagree, the ledger settles it on evidence.

Coverage you can check

Anyone can show you a map. Burq shows you the record: who kept the promise, who broke it, and why each order went the way it did. Put your orders on a network that keeps score.

FAQs

Thousands of providers across on-demand, same-day, courier, big and bulky, freight, and LTL, plus national parcel carriers including UPS and FedEx, and your own fleet if you run one. All under one integration and one agreement.

Yes. Pin preferred providers, exclude ones you do not want, and set rules by zone, order type, or service level. Burq decides inside your policy, and every decision names the rule it followed.

The order re-routes to the next best option while the promise is still keepable, automatically or with your review, per your authority settings. The failure is graded, the re-route is written to your Decision Ledger, and the provider's record carries it into the next decision.

Yes. Your drivers are priced as one more provider on every order, against real capacity and true cost. You see, order by order, when your fleet is the right call and when an outside provider is, which is the build vs buy question answered continuously instead of annually.

Yes. Burq’s Driver Management System is built in: onboard your drivers, set shifts, and track every route live, with check-ins and proof of delivery on each stop. Once your drivers are set up, they join the network like any other provider, priced and dispatched order by order.

Against outcomes, on the Decision Graph. Every quote is compared with what actually happened: arrival time, final cost, acceptance, proof of delivery. Grades are kept by zone, hour, and package type, and roll up into each provider’s Reliability Score for the region an order runs in, because a provider that is excellent at noon downtown can be the wrong call at 5 pm in the suburbs.

Yes. If you already hold rates with a parcel carrier or a courier, sync the agreement and Burq quotes your rates alongside network rates on every order. Whichever wins the order gets it, and your contract stays yours.

Every mode that could fulfill the order is quoted side by side. The promise sets the bar, the order’s requirements rule options out, and the record corrects each quote for how that provider actually performs on that lane.

No. One Burq agreement covers the whole network at pre-negotiated rates, and one invoice covers every charge. Adding a provider or a market changes nothing about your paperwork.
